Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before enrolling your child in our program. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
By accessing or using the Youngpreneur Associations services, including but not limited to our website, mobile app, or any other platform (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms").
2. Changes to Terms
The Youngpreneur Association reserves the right to periodically update the Terms and Conditions. Should any modifications occur, you will receive notification via email along with the new effective date.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Registration Forms
(a) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your application.
(b) You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
(c) The Youngpreneur Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate any registration if we suspect any unauthorized use, breach of security or contract.

(a) All education content and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of The Youngpreneur Association or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
(b) You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without the express written consent of The Youngpreneur Association.

The Youngpreneur Association shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Victoria.
9. Payment Information
To ensure the excellence of our program, we must inform you that we cannot facilitate refunds once a payment has been completed. Should you decide to withdraw from the program for any reason, we are unable to reimburse the processed funds. Program fees must be paid in full in advance. If payment is not received before the first class date, then the student is not enrolled in our program.
10. Behaviour
Respectful treatment is expected towards all staff and fellow classmates. Should a student or parent exhibit discourteous conduct, engage in bullying, or display disrespectful behaviour, they will be promptly disqualified from the program.
11. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents/guardians must complete all required registration forms accurately and provide emergency contact information.
12. Attendance and Punctuality
Children must attend the program regularly and arrive on time. Consistent lateness or absences may result in dismissal. Parents/guardians must notify program staff in advance if their child will be absent through email.
13. Safety and Health
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the program of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs their child may have. In case of illness or injury, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
14. Pick-Up Policy
Parents/guardians or authorized individuals must provide proper identification when picking up their child if enrolled in a class that is after regular school hours. Children will not be released to anyone not listed on the authorized pick-up list without prior written consent
15. Supplies and Personal Items
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has the necessary supplies, such as snacks, journals and pens/pencils.
The program is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
16. Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency or natural disaster, the program will follow established safety protocols. Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as it is safe to do so.
17. Photographs and Media
The program may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional, experimental/educational or informational purposes on market days and in class. Parents/guardians must provide a statement in writing if they do not wish to have any promotional photos and videos taken.
